Trust · Website design

A clinic website is not decoration. It is a trust interface.

For a private clinic, design quality matters because patients are evaluating credibility while they are evaluating treatment.

Trust is partly designed

A review of research on trust and credibility in web-based health information found consistent positive effects from website design, clear layout, interactive features and the authority of the owner. Ease of use and content quality also contribute.

Premium design is not the goal by itself

The commercial objective is not to make a clinic look expensive. It is to remove reasons to hesitate: unclear practitioner credentials, weak treatment explanation, confusing navigation, generic imagery, missing proof and friction between interest and booking.

The test is simple

A patient should be able to answer within minutes: Is this clinic credible? Is this treatment relevant to me? Why this doctor? Why this clinic rather than another one? What happens next? How do I book?
